A Little Bit About Us…

May has been our ‘Meet the Team’ Month and as we move forward into June, we wanted to let you know a bit more about us, both collectively and individually.

Theresa Smith is a our lead Learning Consultant and the Managing Director of Red Mirror.  Theresa has a slew of industry-specific qualifications and years of experience under her belt, to ensure that our excellently design-led packages tell the story you want.

Theresa says: “eLearning needs to be fresh and creative and we are obstinate at not following the usual ways of doing it in the industry”

What websites do you visit most? I like my social media and am either on Facebook, Reddit or LinkedIn. I love getting to know people better and connecting.

Sophia Royle is our Senior Project Manager and she’ll co-ordinate the team to bring your project to completion. Sophia is uniquely qualified to motivate our incredible team because she passionately believes it is the most important part of our business.

Sophia says: “The quality of what we produce is entirely down to the hard work, dedication and creativity of each and every person involved” – and, we would add, the person who organises us.

Favourite quote: Attitude is the paintbrush of the mind… it determines the colour of any situation.

Hayley Humphreys is our Development Lead and builds the eLearning courses.  Hayley uses her design skills, which she honed during her MArt in Animation at Sheffield Hallam University, to help your learners engage with our high-quality, design-focused eLearning packages.

Hayley says: “I love combining storytelling and unique design aesthetics.”

What drives you? “I am a teacher at heart and enjoy being able to  use my creative skills to help others learn.”

Callie Massey is our Learning Designer and designs our eLearning courses.  Callie’s background in education enables her to bring together her passions for writing and education into instructional design.

Callie says: “I naturally think about the bigger picture and enjoy coming up with interesting ways of transforming complex/dry information into fun, accessible, engaging learning material.”

What is your work ethos? If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well.

We hoped you enjoyed getting to know us a little better over this past month. We will be back in June with more Red Mirror news.
